We only use this information to send you our newsletters by email regarding offers and promotions at The Beauty Box that we hope you may be interested in. We will not pass on your details to any third parties.

We use a third-party provider, Campaign Monitor, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor the success of our email newsletters and promotions. You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time by either clicking on the unsubscribe link within our emails or by dropping us an email directly.

When you complete our “Contact Us” webform
When you use our “Get in Touch” form on our website we collect your name, email and your message. The information you provide is only used to reply to you in regard to your enquiry. The data will not be used for any other purpose once your enquiry is closed. Please do not include any other personal data within your enquiry and never send us any form of payment or bank details using our webform – we certainly will never ask you to.

Data collected at the Salon
At the Salon when you make an appointment it may be necessary to record your name, email and contact number. Your personal data will not be used for any purpose other than to contact you about the appointment you have made. No further record will be kept of your data, nor will it be used to contact you, after your appointment.

Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our main salon email address FAO Katie, call us or pop in to see us.
